How we work, day to day
These principles shape how teams make decisions, collaborate, and prioritize — and they hold whether you're building a feature, closing a deal, or supporting a customer.
Before building, shipping, or presenting — we ask who needs this and what decision it changes for them. Solutions that don't map to real customer problems don't ship.
Slow-moving problems are almost always caused by information being hidden too long. We share what's not working as readily as what is — internally and with customers.
Decisions at Alliantra are made through written proposals, not live debates. It forces clearer thinking, creates a record, and makes asynchronous collaboration genuinely possible.
We encourage open debate before decisions. Once a decision is made, everyone aligns and executes — even those who disagreed. Revisiting settled decisions without new information is not productive.
We prefer shipping meaningful, incremental changes to building large releases in isolation. Feedback from real customers is more valuable than months of internal speculation.
Finishing a task is not the end of responsibility. If something you shipped isn't working for customers, that's still your problem to solve — even if you followed the spec exactly.

Growth Marketing Manager
Own and execute Alliantra's demand generation strategy — from content and SEO to paid acquisition and partner co-marketing. You'll be the first dedicated growth hire, working closely with the founding team and sales to build a pipeline engine from scratch.
Senior Business Analyst
Bridge customer requirements and product capabilities — translating complex partnership program structures into data models, reporting requirements, and platform configurations. You'll work directly with enterprise customers during onboarding and ongoing account development.
Product Designer
Design the interfaces that enterprise teams use to understand and act on their most important revenue data. You'll work across the full product — from complex data visualization and dashboards to onboarding flows and configuration interfaces — with direct access to customers.
Account Executive — Enterprise
Own a book of enterprise opportunities across SaaS, fintech, and iGaming verticals. You'll run consultative sales processes with CROs, Heads of Partnerships, and CFOs — helping them understand the revenue intelligence gap in their current stack and why Alliantra closes it.
